Job Summary
The Director of People and Culture (DoPC) is a new position that will complement our current leadership including our benefits and payroll lead, executive management, and operations committees. The DoPC will develop and execute HR strategy in support of Stillwater’s culture, mission, goals, and values. The DoPC will lead, create, implement, guide, and administer Human Resource programs in alignment with the overall business plan and strategic direction of Stillwater, specifically in the areas of benefits and wellness, training and development, hiring and onboarding, workload alignment with career paths, performance management, compliance with Federal and State employment laws, staff retention, resolution of interpersonal matters, DEI initiatives, and strategic recruiting.
The DoPC will report to the CEO and act as a partner to leadership and operations-related committee chairs. They will advocate for employees while balancing the goals of the firm’s strategic plan. This position requires a passionate, energetic, creative decision-maker with a highly developed EQ who can mentor, develop, and inspire our staff by overseeing all aspects of employee experience at Stillwater. This is a full-time, exempt position with a requirement to be in the office at least 3 days/week.
